The Pali Development Association, representing the host community of the Kolmani oil field in Bauchi State, has urged the Federal Government to take concrete steps towards the immediate remobilisation of exploration activities at the site. The association criticised the government for making election-season promises without action, and called for a shift from statements and verification visits to tangible progress. The community stressed the need for the government to prioritise the development of the oil field.
