Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has been named the recipient of the 2026 Global Transformation and Good Governance Prize by the Millennium Excellence Award USA. The award, conferred by the Millennium Excellence Foundation, recognizes his leadership and the developmental achievements of Lagos State. The honour will be personally conferred by His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene of Kumasi, under the Royal Patronage of the Foundation.
