United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) has informed shareholders and the investing public of a potential delay in publishing its Audited Financial Statements for the first half of 2026, ended June 30, as required by Nigerian Exchange (NGX) listing rules. The bank's board approved the results on August 13, 2026, but approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria is required before release. UBA has obtained an extension from NGX to file the results.
