The administration of President Donald Trump is preparing to revoke the US visas of foreign nationals who entered the country on business or tourist visas before applying for asylum. The move targets B1 and B2 non-immigrant visas issued between 2016 and 2026, potentially affecting up to 200,000 people. The State Department, in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security, is expected to begin the revocations. State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott confirmed the coordination, noting that the process is ongoing and the final number could change.
