The Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, has issued an apology to motorists and commuters who have been affected by the prolonged gridlock and poor condition of the Benin-Agbor-Asaba Expressway. The apology was made on Tuesday during an urgent intervention by the Federal Government on the strategic corridor, following a directive from President Bola Tinubu to address the hardship faced by stranded motorists. The minister's action is part of efforts to alleviate the suffering of road users on that route.
