Governor Otti has commissioned an 80-bed hospital in Obingwa and renamed it after the late Chima Ubani. The governor explained that the decision to name the hospital after Ubani was a tribute to the late activist's courage, compassion, and lifelong commitment to justice, democracy, and the welfare of ordinary Nigerians. The hospital is expected to improve healthcare delivery in the area.
