A young man, Yusuf Ahmad, was killed by suspected thugs in Dorayi Quarters, Gwale Local Government Area of Kano State. The attack occurred after a clash that started when a young man from a neighboring community sustained an injury, prompting his friends to seek revenge. An eyewitness reported that the deceased was attacked on his way home from a Maulud gathering, sustaining deep cuts to the chest and neck. The Kano State Police Command confirmed that security personnel were deployed and some suspects have been arrested.
