Passengers on Delta Air Lines' Lagos-Atlanta route have been left stranded at Murtala Muhammed International Airport after the airline cancelled two scheduled flights. The first cancellation was for Flight DL9895, originally scheduled for August 23, 2026, and affected travellers were rebooked on a flight for August 25, which was also cancelled. Delta attributed the second cancellation to crew availability constraints, apologizing to passengers in a notification. The repeated cancellations have caused frustration among affected travellers.
