The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), the Federal Ministry of Works, the Edo State Government, and other stakeholders have commenced an urgent intervention to address the deplorable condition of highways between Edo and Delta States. A joint inspection of the failed portions of the Benin-Sapele-Warri and Benin-Agbor roads was conducted. The Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, stressed the Federal Government's commitment to fixing the deteriorating sections and finding sustainable solutions.
