Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has stated that his administration's legacy projects, such as the Agba-Ndele Road, will give the All Progressives Congress (APC) an advantage in the upcoming elections. Fubara made this remark while commissioning the 14.5-kilometre road and a bridge in Emohua and Abua/Odual Local Government Areas. He said the projects would serve as campaign tools for APC candidates, showcasing the party's achievements at the grassroots level.
