The Common Good convener, Rev. David Ugolor, has called for transparency and accountability in the concession of the Benin-Asaba Road. While welcoming President Bola Tinubu's intervention, Ugolor noted that questions remain about the process leading to the concession and the road's deterioration. Public records show the Federal Executive Council approved a 25-year concession to Africa Plus Consortium in January 2023, with projected revenue of N1.589 trillion.
