166 players compete at 9th Lagos Int’l Badminton Classics

The 9th Lagos International Badminton Classics commenced on Wednesday at the Indoor Sports Hall of the National Institute for Sports, National Stadium, Lagos, with 166 players from 27 countries participating. The President of the Badminton Federation of Nigeria, Francis Orbih, declared that Nigeria is fully prepared to host the tournament, which will run until August 29. The event showcases international badminton talent and Nigeria's capacity to organize major sporting competitions.
