Shareholders of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc have approved several resolutions at its 39th Annual General Meeting held in Lagos. These include changes to the company's board and the appointment of a new external auditor. The shareholders also received and adopted the company's consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year.
