Waidi Akanni, Members of Lagos LLC Hail Bashir Are over Health Insurance for Ex-footballers

Engr Waidi Akanni, convener of the Lagos Legends Club (LLC), has expressed appreciation to Mr. Bashir Are, Chairman of the Lagos Lottery Board, for facilitating health insurance coverage for over 100 former Nigerian footballers who are members of the LLC. Akanni noted that the medical insurance package has provided relief for ex-internationals struggling to pay hospital bills. He emphasized that the HMO initiative was a long-awaited development, bringing happiness to the beneficiaries.
