FCC, PGF task 774 LG chairmen on grassroots unity, equitable governance

The Federal Character Commission (FCC) and the Progressive Governors' Forum (PGF) have charged chairmen of Nigeria's 774 Local Government Areas to make fairness, inclusion, and equitable development central to grassroots governance.
