A military court will try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, starting in June 2028, according to US media reports citing a judge's ruling. Mohammed was captured in Pakistan in March 2003 and held in secret CIA facilities before being transferred to Guantanamo Bay in 2006.
