The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Esther Walson-Jack, has implemented various reforms in the federal public service, including digitalisation. In an interview, she said the reforms were prompted by the need for the Nigerian Public Service to take greater ownership of its transformation. She expressed that she would choose the civil service again if starting a new career. Walson-Jack completes her tour of duty this month and retires.
