Côte d'Ivoire, the world's sixth-largest robusta producer, is investing in training coffee tasters to better position its coffee in the international market. In July, 20 coffee specialists gathered at the National Agronomic Research Centre in Bingerville for rigorous cupping training. The initiative aims to build local expertise to command premium prices and compete globally.
