The African Union, through its Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security, has launched a four-day Continental Youth Capacity-Building Programme on Shared Values Instruments. The initiative, supported by partners including ACCORD, aims to enhance young leaders' understanding of democratic governance, human rights, peace, and security. The opening ceremony featured remarks from Ambassador Salah Hammad, who represented Commissioner Bankole Adeoye and welcomed participants from across Africa.
