The MOFI Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF) has disbursed over N140 billion in mortgage financing to more than 2,000 Nigerians since it began operations in March 2025. The Federal Government-backed housing initiative is gaining traction across the country, according to a report by Nairametrics.
