The Chief Executive Officer of the Lagos State Electricity Regulatory Commission (LASERC), Mrs. Temitope George, has stated that the commission aims to reduce Aggregate Technical, Commercial and Collection (ATC&C) losses below 10% using AI monitoring. In an interview with Nairametrics, she explained the commission's position on the 12-month limit on electricity charge recovery, the scale of billing and metering complaints, and how the regulator intends to hold electricity providers accountable for poor service delivery.
