Barr. Abdulghani Rotimi Arobo, the All Progressives Congress House of Representatives candidate for Owo/Ose Federal Constituency, has described the amended Ondo State Electricity Power Sector Law as a major step towards industrialisation and economic development. The law, assented to by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on August 13, 2026, is expected to create opportunities for private investment and off-grid electricity solutions. Arobo commended the governor and the state assembly for their proactive approach to reforming the electricity sector.
