UEFA is preparing a legal complaint accusing FIFA president Gianni Infantino of 'criminal mismanagement' over his shelved plan to bring private financing into the World Cup. According to a document filed in a Florida court, UEFA and other parties are considering criminal claims in Switzerland against Infantino and possibly other FIFA officials under Article 158 of the Swiss Criminal Code. The document states that UEFA is actively considering legal action arising from the plan proposed by FIFA. The complaint was reported by AFP.
