The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) a 30-day extension of the detention of social media influencer and businessman Afolabi Kazeem Michael, known as KC Luxury, over his alleged involvement in a 184.5-kilogramme cocaine seizure. Justice Akintayo Aluko granted the request on August 20, following an application by the NDLEA for more time to investigate. The court also ordered the preservation of funds in Kazeem's Providus Bank account and other accounts linked to his Bank Verification Number pending the conclusion of the investigation.
