The Renewed Hope Initiative Social Investment Programme, led by First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu, provided financial support to 1,638 families of police officers who died in the line of duty. The ceremony took place at the Presidential Villa in Abuja and was witnessed by Inspector-General of Police Olatunji Rilwan Disu. This is the second edition of the initiative, targeting families of security personnel who died since President Bola Tinubu's administration began.
