“I will try my best,” Enitan says after taking over as Head of Civil Service

Enitan has taken over as Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, succeeding Walson-Jack. President Bola Tinubu appointed Walson-Jack in August 2024, and Enitan was appointed on August 19, 2026, with effect from August 27, 2026. Enitan expressed commitment to doing her best in the new role. The transition marks a new leadership era for the civil service.
