Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has challenged the Tinubu administration to explain contradictions in its cash transfer scheme figures. Atiku noted that the government claimed to have disbursed over ₦600 billion to slightly over 10 million households, but earlier statements mentioned 15 million households. He questioned where five million households went, describing the administration as defined by 'government-by-press-release, arithmetic by convenience and accountability by imagination.'
