Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has approved a financial package of 200,000 naira for each of the 4,050 graduates of the Kaduna State Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development, totaling 810 million naira. The funds, to be administered through the Kaduna State Enterprise Development Agency, are intended to help graduates purchase tools, cover professional registration, or fund transportation for job hunting. The governor made the announcement at the institute's maiden graduation ceremony at the Balarabe Musa campus in Rigachukun. He also stated that the government is engaging companies and industries to create opportunities for direct employment, apprenticeships, internships, and mentorship, and is developing a digital platform to connect graduates with opportunities.
