The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has confirmed that the Federal Capital Territory and seven states have fully implemented the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS). The CPS, established under the Pension Reform Act of 2004 and retained in the 2014 Act, ensures regular contributions from employers and employees for retirement benefits.
