The Kano State Fire Service rescued a 40-year-old man and a five-year-old cow after both became trapped inside an old well in Sabon Ruwa Village, Makoda Local Government Area. The incident occurred at about 3:22pm on Wednesday after the cow reportedly fell into the well, prompting its owner to attempt a rescue. The man was also trapped during the rescue attempt.
