Co-founded by Dipo Fishor, Anna Olukoya, and Mimshaq Obioha, the platform aims to address the lack of access to knowledge, networks, and guidance, which they identify as the core problem facing Africa. Speaking in Abuja, Dipo Fishor emphasized that the goal is to help people create, retain, and grow value on the continent. The platform is curating experienced Africans to mentor genuine individuals seeking success, aiming to close the leadership and talent gap.
