Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has dismissed claims that northern voters are turning against President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election. Sani predicted that Tinubu could secure between 70 and 80 percent of votes in Kaduna State. He made the remarks during an interview on Channels Television, attributing the perception of a northern backlash to political narratives and social media activities rather than ground realities. Sani insisted that the North is not opposed to the President and that voters would assess the administration based on its performance.
