Nguru Local Government Area dominated the third edition of the Yobe State Spelling Bee Competition, producing all three top winners. Zainab Mohammed Grema won the competition, with Mohammed Ishaq Madaki and Aisha Mohammed Alah as first and second runners-up. The competition featured 146 students from across the state, with over 1,100 words spelled.
