Troops of the Joint Task Force North-East, Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), in collaboration with the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) Tactical Team, killed more than 20 Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists and destroyed their camp in Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State. The operation, conducted between August 26 and 27, 2026, also recovered weapons and destroyed logistics items. Several terrorists reportedly escaped with gunshot wounds.
