3 killed over N200 fare dispute in Lagos

Three persons were killed and several others injured in a violent clash in the Ikola area of Ipaja, Lagos, following a dispute over a N200 fare balance. The incident began when a commercial motorcyclist allegedly stabbed a passenger who refused to pay the full fare. The Lagos State Police Command, along with the 9 Brigade Commander and the Rapid Response Squad, visited the scene to assess the situation. An eyewitness reported that the argument escalated, leading to the fatal stabbing.
