Onoh laments exclusion of South East in N610bn infrastructure approval

Josef Onoh, Chairman of the forum of former Enugu State House of Assembly members, has criticized the Federal Government's recent N610.13 billion infrastructure approvals, stating that the South-East region was excluded. He noted that the region received only a 50-year private concession for a trailer park, which he described as an insult to the region's contributions. Onoh provided a breakdown showing the South-East received 3.23% of the total package, with no direct federal capital investment.
