President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared a Special Official Funeral Category 2 for the late Justice Fikile Eunice Mokgohloa, who passed away on 20 August 2026 at the age of 65. Justice Mokgohloa served as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal since June 2019, after serving as Deputy Judge President of the Limpopo Division of the High Court. She also acted as Deputy President of the Supreme Court of Appeal. President Ramaphosa offered condolences and paid tribute to her contribution to the judiciary and jurisprudence.
