Uganda is in mourning following the death of King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Tooro Kingdom, at the age of 34. He became king at the age of three, making him the world's youngest reigning monarch at the time. His death was announced on Friday by the kingdom's prime minister. The cause of death has not been officially disclosed, but reports suggest he had been ill and sought treatment in the United States.
