The Katsina State Executive Council has approved a budget proposal of N828.6 billion for the 2027 fiscal year. According to the sectoral breakdown provided by Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, the Administration Sector will receive 23.97%, the Economic Sector 35.59%, Law and Justice 1.11%, and the Social Sector 38.33%. The proposal will now be sent to the state House of Assembly for approval.
