David Umahi, the Minister of Works, has ordered the arrest of the Managing Director of Hartland Nigeria Limited over the abandonment of the Asaba-Onitsha road project. The order was issued in response to the company's failure to complete the road. The arrest is part of efforts to ensure contractors fulfil their obligations.
