A Nigerian lawmaker has called on state and local governments to adopt the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) transport scheme initiated by the Federal Government. The lawmaker argued that the scheme would help reduce high transportation costs for workers. The appeal was made in light of the federal initiative aimed at providing cheaper and cleaner fuel alternatives.
