The management of Kaduna State University (KASU) has appealed to the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) KASU Branch to suspend its ongoing warning strike to allow for dialogue with the Kaduna State Government. The appeal was made in a statement by Vice-Chancellor Professor Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa on Friday. The management noted that Governor Uba Sani, as Visitor to the university, had constituted a nine-member committee chaired by the Commissioner for Education to address the issues within one month. The management urged ASUU-KASU to give the ongoing dialogue a chance.
