The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has flagged off the reconstruction of the Benin-Sapele express road, with work set to begin from both the Sapele and Warri ends. Managing Director Dr. Samuel Ogbuku apologized on behalf of President Bola Tinubu to the people and commuters for the hardship caused by the road's deplorable condition. He assured that the project would be completed as quickly as possible.
