Saudi Arabia has introduced a visa cap limiting new businesses to hiring only five expatriate workers, as part of a broader crackdown on foreign employment. Businesses operational for more than two years are allowed to hire up to 50 foreign workers. The measure is intended to increase job opportunities for Saudi nationals and reduce reliance on expatriate labor.
