The Presidency has responded to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar's pledge to 'open the borders' if elected president, insisting that Nigeria's land borders are already open. In a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Communication, Sunday Dare, the Presidency dismissed Atiku's claim as unfounded. The statement was issued on Friday.
