Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has praised the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for beginning reconstruction of a 15.4-kilometre failed section of the Benin-Sapele Expressway. He described the project as a major intervention that will ease movement and boost economic activities in the state. The flag-off ceremony took place on Friday at Amukpe Roundabout in Sapele.
