The Presidency has responded to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar's statement about opening borders if elected in 2027. Presidential spokesman Sunday Dare said the Federal Government already reopened most land borders on March 14, 2024, and has not reversed that decision. Dare questioned which borders Atiku intends to open and called for clarity on his plans.
