The Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) has urged the Federal Government to implement the outstanding Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with health workers to curb medical brain drain. The NMA also called for a 65-year retirement age for clinical health workers to retain experienced professionals. These demands were made at a press briefing in Abuja following the National Executive Council meeting. The NMA president, Prof. Afekhide Ernest Omoti, presented the communique.
