King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV of Uganda's Tooro Kingdom has died at the age of 34. He became the world's youngest reigning monarch when he ascended the throne at age three in 1995. The cause of death has not been disclosed. The Tooro Kingdom is one of Uganda's traditional monarchies, which hold cultural significance despite having no formal political authority.
