Niyi Agoro, Cluster Director of Human Resources for Lagos Continental Hotel and Abuja Continental Hotel, has spoken about the recent picketing of the Abuja hotel by the Trade Union Congress over non-unionisation of staff. He stated that the hotel remains fully operational and continues to deliver its standard of hospitality, with management activating security and business-continuity measures to safeguard guests and colleagues. Agoro emphasized that staff welfare remains a priority and that measures have been taken to prevent future occurrences. He also reassured guests of their safety during the protest.
